As a millennial, I had the unrealistic expectation that I
would instantly succeed in the workforce. Straight out of college, jumped into
a professional certificate from a prestigious university, and just a hop, skip,
and a jump to stardom! It OBVIOUSLY doesn’t work like that.

Fast forward 6 full-time jobs in only 4 ½ years later, I’m
exhausted, this has to be what the end of your career feels like! I want to
escape, be a hermit, never send an Outlook email again. It’s hard to see where

I’m going to use this as a space to find out. Have you ever
